The STRONGARM Art. UPD - Universal Dial Puller.

The UDP is the one tool for pulling or pressing off Dial Combination Safe Locks, the design applies gentle pressure via four Hex Screws to pull dials off of the safe door without causing any damage to the dial or any of its components.
